Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders over $1000.00 ship free, orders under will be charged a normal shipping fees.

All orders submitted before 3pm pacific time will be shipped same day, depending on product availability and/or product location availability. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, excluding holidays and weekends, unless otherwise specified. All products ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified or request, additional charges may apply.

Returns


All of our products are covered by the manufacturer warranties.
A copy of the complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective part, subject to the conditions set forth on the warranty.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material.

Most mobile audio and mobile video units will not be accepted for credit, refund or exchange. These products must be repaired by the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual.

For an RA# (Return Authorization) on returns:
  1. Call HOMEPLAY @ (626) 814-9060. All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition; all returns are subject to inspection.
  2. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! If you do, we will have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
  3. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not the product box.
PLEASE SHIP YOUR PARCEL BACK TO US FREIGHT PREPAID; We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured," Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
  • Important: No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
  • CAR STEREO/ELECTRONIC equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation. Units that have been installed, scratched, or otherwise abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit!
